I alway say that is good to try new things, to experience life at the fullest but you know that everything change when you try to put in practice your on advice, but here I go. Usually when your starting something new you feel scared not because it maybe dangerous it's because you don't know what to expect. Thrown into the unknow. That's one of my biggest fears, the unknow, I think all fears have a bit of that, like the fear of heights, you're afraid but it's more vecause you don't know what could happen to you , you may fall or not. But you'll never know unless you try.
It doesn't have to be something soo drastic like jumping from a plane with a parachute, but they say it's a good way to overcome the fear of heights, but just doing something out of the ordinary and that doesn't hurt you or anybody else can make you feel extraordinary.
